Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling and register operations. Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling orders, handling food safely, and operating kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety management practices, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures. Manage customer service interactions by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Support team members in operating POS systems, processing cash transactions, and managing customer orders with accuracy and professionalism. Experience Bilingual speaker preferred (Spanish & English) Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle POS systems such as Toast POS confidently. Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is beneficial. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations.
