Food & Beverage Server Summer and Extended Season (9+ month) positions are available! Woods Hole Golf Club is now hiring service-driven, dependable servers to join our Food & Beverage team. We are especially interested in local candidates seeking employment of up to 10 months who want to grow with a respected, member-focused private club. Pay:

Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience Ideal for individuals with flexible schedules - summer and extended seasonal availability

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional dining service to members and guests Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally Share knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas Complete side work and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service Assist with service during special events and golf-related functions

Qualifications:

1-2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required) Must be 18+ years old (per MA alcohol service laws) Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and guest-service skills U.S. work authorization

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Primary work location: Clubhouse (occasional golf course service) Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for long periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot, humid, and active environments
