The Tavern On Central is expanding and would like to find an amazing person to join our team. We are a relatively new dining destination in Franklin, MA, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional hospitality, creating memorable experiences for every guest, and building a team that shares our passion for service excellence.

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced servers who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidates have a strong background in high-end or casual, full-service dining, and genuinely love creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to all guests. Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge and offer thoughtful recommendations. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow. Accurately take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of serving experience in a restaurant setting. Strong hospitality skills with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tables and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Knowledge of POS systems and table service etiquette preferred.
