In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square or Aloha POS ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items, daily specials, and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas according to sanitation standards Prior restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory purposes Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable Basic understanding of the food industry standards for hospitality and guest relations Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
