Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to sanitation and food safety standards Serve food efficiently to guests, bus tables promptly, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations.
