The Position:
As a Server, at Gibbet Hill Grill you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, exceptional customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Server candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant. Here is a snapshot of our amazing benefits! Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff using our POS. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Check on guests frequently to ensure their needs are met and they are enjoying their experience. Provide recommendations for menu items and specials, and beverages. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of serving experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Ability to stand for long periods of time, carry a tray, and lift 30lbs Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Employee must meet eligibility requirements to enroll in benefits.
