Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision during transactions Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service in a fast-paced environment Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through bussing tables, resetting stations, and adhering to sanitation protocols Use reservation systems to manage bookings efficiently when applicable Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables while maintaining quality service Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems experience with online reservation system is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining genuine guest engagement Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and mandatory holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
