Job Overview This is a year-round position. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and sever to join our dynamic team. Looking for someone for Saturdays and sundays/fill in spots Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets and catering functions. Utilize time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers while maintaining high-quality service standards. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively upsell to customers. Assist in training new staff on bar operations, customer service techniques, and POS systems. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with clover POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the food industry. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs. A passion for brewing and an understanding of various beverages is an advantage.
