Duties The restaurant is hiring female waitresses. guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating arrangements to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food, beverage, and special request orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to maximize sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of all sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining exposure Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest relations Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Food handling certifications and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food safety standards and proper food presentation techniques Previous host/hostess or cashiering experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join our team if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
