As a vital member of our hospitality crew, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, sharing your culinary and beverage knowledge, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your enthusiasm for food, drinks, and hospitality will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Silverware system, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and manage POS systems with precision Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations; assist with food handling and basic food preparation when needed Support team members by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with host/hostess duties during busy periods Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Strong communication skills coupled with basic math abilities for accurate cash handling and sales processing Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
