Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and ensuring guest comfort at all times Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings smoothly and optimize seating arrangements Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and drink preparation to enhance guest satisfaction Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various service styles Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing sales transactions and bills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere!
