Job Description
Restaurant Server Join the Il Forno team! We're looking for friendly, dependable, and outgoing Restaurant Servers to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, providing great customer service, and being part of a busy restaurant team, we'd love to hear from you! As a server, you'll be an important part of our guests' dining experience. You'll take orders, serve food and beverages, answer questions, and make sure our guests feel welcome and well taken care of from the time they arrive until they leave. What You'll Do Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Prepare and maintain clean, properly set tables Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages Take accurate food and drink orders Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Make recommendations and assist guests with their selections Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure they have everything they need Work closely with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders Handle customer concerns in a positive and professional manner Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized Complete sidework as part of the team Present checks and process payments accurately What We're Looking For Previous serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Reliable and responsible Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed Ability to stay organized and attentive during busy shifts Must be available to work some evenings and weekends Why Work With Us?
