Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for the culinary industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery process
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with banquet or catering services as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry practices
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
