Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service. Duties:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery process
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with banquet or catering services as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry practices
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
