Cucina 38 (15 mins from Providence) is seeking a skilled and experienced lead server, well-versed in all aspects of restaurant and bar service for their upscale, neighborhood Italian eatery. General Requirements:

Must be genuinely passionate about hospitality and the overall guest experience Must have 3+ years or more restaurant server experience, fine dining preferred Have a working knowledge of Italian food & wine Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of principles for dealing directly with the public

Responsibilities:

Exemplify Cucina 38 standards, vision and mission Make sure all new employee go through the proper training and have all the necessary tools to be successful in their position. Perform station opening /closing duties each shift. Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant. Greet guests within 30 seconds of Guest sitting. Menu and ingredient knowledge, explain menu, offer suggestions of food and wine Accurately take orders and enter into POS. Work as a team in supporting other servers by running food, drinks, bussing tables Adhere to safety, sanitation regulations is a must Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff.
