Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems like OpenTable. Present menus confidently, highlight specials, and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation. Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure satisfaction. Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and assist with food handling and sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightlife settings is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Culinary experience or food industry knowledge is beneficial for understanding menu components and food handling protocols. Demonstrated ability in time management, multitasking, and working efficiently in fast-paced environments. Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing. Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation techniques. Outstanding communication skills and a friendly demeanor to build guest rapport and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
