Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will engage with guests, provide attentive service, and ensure every visit is memorable. Your enthusiasm, hospitality skills, and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Whether guiding guests through our menu or ensuring food safety standards are met, your positive attitude will shine through in every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed at all times. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently using POS systems like OpenTable for reservations and guest management. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, including nightclub settings or fine dining venues, to deliver top-tier service. Requirements Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and hospitality. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly preferred. Prior experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling. Previous host/hostess or serving experience is desirable; food industry knowledge is essential.
