A Waiter or Waitress takes orders and serves food and beverages to customers in restaurants. Answers customer questions about menu items, prepares checks and collects payment, and assists with clearing dishes and tables. May work in banquet or dining halls.

What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a higher-end dining or high-volume restaurant environment Full-time availability, including nights and weekends Strong food, wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting Friendly, polished, professional, and team-oriented Ability to guide guests through the menu and create a memorable dining experience Organized, calm under pressure, and attentive to detail Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high standards of service Responsibilities Deliver warm, professional, and consistent service to every guest Provide knowledgeable table service, including menu, cocktail, wine, and beverage recommendations Maintain a clean and organized section throughout service Assist with side work, opening duties, closing duties, and overall restaurant flow Communicate clearly with management, bar, kitchen, and support staff Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with hospitality and professionalism Contribute to a positive, polished, team-focused work environment Ideal Background 3+ years serving in a higher-end restaurant, cocktail-focused restaurant, or busy hospitality environment Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and spirits Experience with high-volume dinner service and/or private events is a plus Weekend availability required Full-time candidates only Great reference s and a strong work ethic About Us Brodie's is a modern, chef-driven neighborhood restaurant, and Palm & Crane is our upstairs cocktail lounge.
