Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server at Harrington Farm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service during weddings and events, working closely with our event management team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and table settings. Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service. Assist with the execution of the event timeline, coordinating with kitchen staff and other team members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events. Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a positive attitude. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of events, including packing up equipment and resetting rooms for the next event

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in banquet serving or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
