We are a busy restaurant and lounge serving Vietnamese and Asian-inspired cuisine, cocktails, desserts, and late-night entertainment. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and understand the importance of great hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally Take food and beverage orders accurately Enter orders correctly into the POS system Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and management team Serve food and beverages efficiently Check on guests throughout their dining experience Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions Make appropriate food, drink, and dessert recommendations Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Handle guest concerns professionally and notify a manager when assistance is needed Work together with other servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff Follow all restaurant policies, food-safety procedures, and alcohol-service requirements What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly and outgoing Reliable and punctual Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized A strong team player Willing to learn our menu and service standards Available for evenings, weekends, and busy event nights Focused on providing excellent customer service Restaurant serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.
