• Deliver impeccable service to our mostly local clientele, with a special emphasis on catering to the tourist boom every October.
• Collaborate with a diverse and inclusive team in a dynamic environment.
• Master both the Bambolina and Kokeshi menus, ensuring customers get the best of both worlds whenever they dine.

• Part-time or full-time roles, with weekend availability being a must.
• On-the-job training will be provided, but you'll need to master the menu on your own time.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
