We are an independently owned, French-inspired restaurant. Our service is thoughtful, warm, knowledgeable, and personal. The restaurant is polished but never stiff, and we want every guest to feel genuinely taken care of. This is not an entry-level serving position. We are looking for someone who already understands how to manage a busy section, control the pace of a table, communicate confidently about food and beverages, and remain composed throughout service. The right person brings maturity and good judgment to the floor. You should be comfortable working independently while also recognizing that excellent service depends on the entire team. What we're looking for At least three to five years of serving experience in an upscale, chef-driven, or similarly high-standard restaurant Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge Confident, natural menu presentation and salesmanship Excellent table awareness, timing, and attention to detail The ability to read guests and adjust your approach accordingly Clear and professional communication A calm, solutions-oriented presence during busy services Genuine hospitality without scripted or overly formal service Reliability, accountability, and respect for the rest of the team Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings We are especially interested in someone who takes pride in hospitality as a profession and can bring experience and leadership to a team without needing a management title.
