Role:

Server 3-5 Shifts a week, start time 4:00 PM Do you have a knack for making people feel at home? Are you a natural multitasker who thrives in a lively environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to be the face of our dining room and an essential part of our team. As a Server at Fireside Tavern, you won't just be taking orders—you'll be crafting a unique dining experience for every guest. Your role is to be a guide and a host, anticipating needs, sharing your knowledge of our menu, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling delighted.

What You'll Be Doing:

Warmly welcome every guest and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Master our menu of creative American cuisine and beverage program, and confidently offer recommendations that will delight our guests. Manage a fast-paced station with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate orders and timely service. Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar to deliver dishes and drinks that meet our high standards for quality and presentation. Proactively check in with guests, listening to their feedback and addressing any needs with a positive, can-do attitude. Handle guest payments efficiently and accurately. Work as a team to keep our dining room pristine and organized. Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to serve others. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong communication skills—you're a great listener and a clear communicator. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. Prior experience as a server is a plus, but if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we're excited to train you. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
