Servers Bartenders Hosts Bussers As a member of the Azul Agave Front of House team, you'll play an important role in creating the atmosphere and guest experience we want to be known for. From the moment guests walk through our doors until their final goodbye, our goal is to provide warm, attentive service in a lively and welcoming environment. We're looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people. Whether you're welcoming guests at the door, crafting drinks behind the bar, serving a table, or helping keep the dining room running smoothly, every FOH position contributes to the overall Azul Agave experience. Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary based on position and may include: Welcome and engage guests with genuine, friendly hospitality Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service Take guest orders accurately and operate the restaurant POS system Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with restaurant standards and applicable laws Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to maintain an efficient flow of service Communicate effectively with fellow FOH team members, bartenders, management, and the kitchen Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining, bar, and guest areas Clear, clean, reset, and prepare tables throughout service Assist teammates during high-volume periods to ensure guests receive timely service Answer guest questions regarding menu items, beverages, ingredients, and restaurant offerings Address guest needs and concerns professionally and communicate with management when necessary Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety standards Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities as assigned Help create the positive, team-oriented culture we want Azul Agave to be known for What We're Looking For A positive, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn our menu, beverage program, service standards, and restaurant culture Ability to remain composed and provide excellent hospitality during busy service periods Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for all positions Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred for those applying for bartender or server positions Familiarity with POS and restaurant reservation systems is a plus Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices is preferred Availability to work a flexible restaurant schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Be Part of the Beginning Joining Azul Agave isn't just about filling a position—we're building our team and culture from the ground up.
