Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality service, ensuring guests enjoy seamless dining experiences during events and banquets. Your enthusiasm for guest service, culinary knowledge, and ability to work efficiently under pressure will contribute to creating memorable occasions for our guests. Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms with linens, tableware, glassware, and silverware according to event specifications Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, including wine, cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas Engage with guests to provide exceptional guest relations and address any special requests or needs Buss tables efficiently during events to ensure a clean and organized dining environment Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in banquet or fine dining settings Knowledge of beverage service including wine and drink pairing is preferred Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle multiple tables or events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for accurate bill processing and order management Experience with catering events or large-scale functions is a plus Join us at The Publick House where your passion for hospitality will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests!
