Job Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Waiters and Waitresses to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide menus with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments, and manage tabs through POS systems like OpenTable or other reservation platforms Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety Assist with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and inviting at all times Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items such as wine knowledge or spirits experience, and resolving any concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is advantageous Experience with beverage service including cocktails, wine pairing, spirits, and drink service enhances your ability to upsell effectively Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is essential for maintaining high standards Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience working in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or casual dining settings is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
