Operating in conjunction with Blackstone National Golf Club, an upscale Rees Jones-designed golf course located in Sutton, MA, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and memorable moments to our guests. Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Dishwasher/Line Cook/Pizza Makers/Servers. This versatile role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a lively food and beverage environment, ensuring smooth operations from food prep and sanitation to guest service. Paid positions available for all roles, with opportunities for growth within our hospitality team. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Prepare ingredients and assist in food assembly, including pizza making and basic food prep tasks. Serve guests with enthusiasm, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and manage tabs via OpenTable or other reservation systems. Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed at all times. Support beverage service by assisting with drink preparation, spirits knowledge, and cocktail presentation. Assist with bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and supporting guest relations to enhance the overall experience. Skills Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Food industry experience with a focus on food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques. Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Previous restaurant experience including fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus.
