Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Food Runner and be a vital part of delivering an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will support the front-of-house operations by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, swiftly serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding guest service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a spotless dining area to uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly using safe lifting practices, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, preparation, and transportation of dishes when needed Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to keep the dining space organized and inviting Maintain cleanliness in all service areas through regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing touchpoints Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food running, guest requests, and service flow using in-person communication skills Handle heavy lifting safely when moving supplies or equipment, adhering to proper manual handling procedures for injury prevention Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key! Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting techniques Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a lively attitude Prior banquet or large event experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to bring energy, professionalism, and a smile to every guest's experience! Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
