Join the Team at Bella Roma Pizza Job Overview Bella Roma Pizza is looking for a friendly and dependable Phone/Front Counter Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be one of the first people customers interact with, helping create a welcoming and positive experience. You will answer phones, take orders, assist walk in customers, and help keep operations running smoothly during busy hours. We're looking for someone who works well in a fast paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys working with people.

Hours Needed Morning shift:

11 AM-4 PMPossible afternoon/evening hours available as needed. Duties Answer incoming phone calls and accurately take customer orders Assist walk in customers with placing orders and payments Use the POS system to enter orders and process transactions Communicate orders clearly with kitchen staff Maintain a clean and organized front counter area Provide friendly and professional customer service Help package takeout orders and ensure accuracy before pickup/delivery Support team members during busy rush periods Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment Friendly, reliable, and team oriented attitude Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure Join our team and become part of a fast paced, family oriented environment where hard work and positive energy are valued every day!
