Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food & beverages with professionalism and attention to detail, maintaining proper drink service standards Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation when needed and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed Foster guest relations through attentive service, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Qualifications Experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time during busy shifts Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills confidently Familiarity with food safety standards & food industry background is a plus
