Job Description

The Dining Server provides exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to serve meals in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, which contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires effective communication and teamwork, as you will collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to meet the needs of our residents. Ultimately, your efforts will enhance the quality of life for those we serve, making each dining experience memorable. Part time 3:30p-7:30pm shifts available, includes an every other weekend rotation. $16.00-$17.20 per hour SALMON Health and Retirement offers a generous tuition reimbursement program for nursing-related programs and other degree programs relevant to your role.
