Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every member/guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options based on guest preferences Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to foster loyalty Qualifications

TWO YEARS

minimu restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills Culinary experience or food industry background highly desirable Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage sales techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation standards required Experience with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, or host/hostess duties beneficial Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales revenue Hospitality-oriented attitude with strong guest relations skills Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where every member/guest leaves delighted!
