Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service during breakfast hours and banquet events Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and banquet areas Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all service functions Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and hotel policies

Skills and Qualifications:
