Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by guests
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
  • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
  • Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
