Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST, ensuring efficient order entry and processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, TOAST, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order management and sales transactions Strong culinary experience or background in fine dining environments to understand menu offerings and food presentation standards Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in the food industry with roles involving serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or nightclub service preferred Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and check splitting Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere.
