Duties:

• Take food and drink orders from customers and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any customer concerns or special requests
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests
• Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
• Assist with food preparation, such as assembling salads or appetizers, as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen
• Handle cash transactions, including operating the cash register and processing payments

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server is required (1 year minimum)
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
