Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders manually and communicate with other culinary staff. Participate in cross functional events to serve our residents Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations Manage resident relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining atmosphere Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred Patience, Empathy and Willingness to learn Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and nights in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server Team Member where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
