In this energetic role, you will ensure the seamless flow of food and beverages from the kitchen to our guests' tables while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests, supporting the overall success of our restaurant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, lively setting. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area throughout service. Handle manual tasks such as folding napkins, polishing silverware, and polishing and putting away glassware. Assist serving staff and bartenders on clearing plates away in between courses. Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks when needed. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and enhance guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including bussing or food running roles. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and sustained physical activity. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently during high-volume service times.
