Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional support to servers and ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly. This position requires a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and meet quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Participate in banquet service as required, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown of events. Foster a positive dining atmosphere through excellent customer service and effective communication with guests and team members. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A background in culinary arts or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
