As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders from guests using the OpenTable system or traditional methods. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper handling and sanitation practices. Promote daily specials or menu items to enhance sales opportunities. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with familiarity in operating cash registers. Proficient in math skills for accurate order processing and cash management. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
