Previous Banquet or Catering Experience Preferred All Team Staffing is currently hiring reliable and professional Banquet Servers to work at various events, banquets, weddings, conferences, and catering functions. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced event environment. Qualified candidates should have previous banquet, catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience and be available to start immediately. Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms, dining areas, tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event requirements. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner. Assist with plated meals, buffet service, and banquet functions as assigned. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout events. Clear tables, remove used dishes, and assist with resetting tables between courses or events. Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and management. Respond courteously to guest requests and help ensure a positive dining experience. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup as needed. Requirements Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry serving trays or other service items. Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends as needed. Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Background Check Requirement:

Candidates must pass a background check and have no criminal history within the past seven years. Schedule and Availability Morning and evening shifts are available depending on event schedules and staffing needs.
