Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server at Ramoun's Kitchen, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately processed and delivered. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure all food is served in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation practices. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Process payments efficiently using cash registers or POS systems. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift. Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards is advantageous. Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. A commitment to providing excellent guest service and teamwork is crucial for success in this role.
