Golf Services Assistant About the Role We are looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Golf Services Assistant to join our team. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests, providing excellent service and ensuring every visit is enjoyable. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks efficiently and in line with service standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining area. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer guest questions about the menu. Check on guests throughout their meal and respond promptly to requests. Process payments and bills accurately. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and clearing tables. Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when required. Support the wider team during busy periods and contribute to a positive working environment. About You We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and confident. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness. A positive team player who enjoys working with others. Flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays where required. Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or customer service is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
