Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Casual Dining Server is to provide excellent food and beverage service to members and their guests in a professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous manner while consistently adhering to the Club's established service standards. Servers are expected to deliver an exceptional dining experience by anticipating members' needs, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining the highest level of hospitality. Through outstanding service and a commitment to excellence, servers will strive to exceed the expectations of our members and their guests during every dining experience. Candidate must have a strong understanding of hospitality service standards and alcoholic beverages, including proper serving techniques, product knowledge, and responsible alcohol service. They should demonstrate efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy while providing excellent guest service, supported by strong listening, verbal communication, reading, and writing skills to accurately understand and fulfill customer needs. The role also requires the ability to stand and remain active for up to 10 hours during a shift, as well as safely lift and carry items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
