What You'll Do As a Café Server, you help create an enjoyable dining experience by: Providing friendly, timely service that makes every guest feel valued Preparing and presenting food with care and attention to detail Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting Café environment Following all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Accurately handling cash, receipts, and your shift's cash drawer Operating the grill or flat top and assisting as Café Cook when needed Managing food temperatures, equipment cleaning, and daily Café setup Supporting team activities and stepping in where help is needed Upholding Broadmead's Code of Conduct and promoting positive customer service Who You Are You bring a positive spirit, reliability, and a desire to support a community where people are known, valued, and respected.
