Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
• Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and food service procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
