Duties Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating beverage service expertise Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly to accommodate new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations gracefully Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a lively team that values hospitality excellence!
