Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. Experience with food service operations, POS systems, and hospitality standards is highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and suggest specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back regularly and addressing any concerns promptly Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Uphold food safety and food handling protocols at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items and contribute positively to sales goals Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or guest relations is advantageous Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by the restaurant schedule Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment.
