Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Peblla. Serve food and drinks efficiently. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, food handling, and ensuring proper presentation of dishes Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or casual setting Manage multiple tables efficiently through strong time management skills in a bustling environment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Peblla.
