Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a vital link between the kitchen and the dining room, you'll deliver outstanding service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and foster guest relations that keep patrons coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in accordance with food industry regulations Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality meets your desire to create exceptional guest experiences.
