- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser and food runner to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
- Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Requirements
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary terminology is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
